Update: Bankruptcy Noticing Center Access Restored
The BNC system is now back online and available for use. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has been informed by BAE Systems that BAE has resolved the issues related to the cybersecurity incident that affected the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), which is managed by BAE.
