SEC Updates Guidance to Facilitate Broker-Dealer Involvement in Crypto

The SEC Division of Trading and Markets​​​​​​ (the Division) updated FAQs clarifying broker-dealer obligations and regulatory considerations for crypto asset activities and distributed ledger technology.
