On May 28, 2025, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT), in a unanimous decision, held tariffs imposed by the Trump Administration pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA) to be unlawful and invalid.
