FICA sanctions for financial services providers

On 20 March 2024 the Financial Sector Conduct Authority published a number of administrative sanctions for financial services providers who had failed to comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). ESAs report on the landscape of ICT third-party providers in the EU

On 27 September 2023, the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) co-published a report on the landscape of information and communication technology (ICT) of third-party providers (TTP) in the EU.
